PWFT (Pro Wrestling Federation Tracker) is the fantasy-booking app CreatorMania runs on. Built together. For the Good of Pro Wrestling.
Where it came from
PWFT started as a Universe Mode tracker, but the idea was always bigger. For years Joe knew there was a better way to run a wrestling universe. He had a system, a way of thinking about it and a vision for what it could be, and he had never seen anything like it. So he set out to build something totally new.
Running a dream federation used to mean spreadsheets for rosters, separate apps for tournaments and scattered notes for storylines. PWFT put all of it in one place: rosters, championships, shows, storylines and rivalries.
Then people organically started using it to track their e-feds and their CAWs, and the creator scene showed us how much bigger it could be. That is how CreatorMania happened.
All of this is still new, the app and the show. We are figuring it out together with the people who use it, and they shape what it becomes.

Years of history, all connected
People run years and years of Universe Mode in PWFT. Every match, segment and storyline carries its own free-text context, and every piece is wired to the rest. It is a wild, interconnected system of tracking, and it is one of the things that sets PWFT apart.
You resolve one match on the Calendar
Records
Overall, singles, tag and trios records update for everyone in it.
Title lineage
Reigns change hands, defenses are logged, and the reign count moves on.
Rivalries
The match joins the rivalry history and the head-to-head record.
Power rankings
Rankings recalculate from results and who holds the gold.
Tournaments
Brackets advance, and a title prize changes hands when the final is decided.
Profiles
It all lands on each wrestler's profile, alongside their championships, stories and rivalries.
The context lives in the words
Numbers tell you who won. The writing tells you why it mattered. PWFT keeps both.
- Free-text notes on every match and every segment
- Segment write-ups with a type and tagged wrestlers, linked to a match as pre-match, entrance, interference, during-match or post-match
- Story plot summaries that tag wrestlers and show up on their profiles
- Wrestler notes, hometowns, entrance theme history, signatures and finishers
- Cash-ins, title shots and mystery prizes, each with its own history and notes
